Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and run automated test scripts using Selenium to maintain software quality.
• Partner with development teams to determine testing requirements and create thorough test plans.
• Evaluate test outcomes, detect defects, and coordinate with developers to drive fixes.
• Improve testing frameworks and processes continuously to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and share feedback to uphold testability and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BTech, MCA.
• Proven experience in QA Automation with a focus on Selenium.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java Selenium for building reliable test scripts.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven ability to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Capacity to work in an Agile environment and adjust to evolving requirements.
• Experience in performance and load testing is a plus
