Java Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java technologies
• Lead the development and implementation of microservices-based architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding and design practices
• Design and deploy applications on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Oversee database design, optimization, and ensure data integrity and security
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code
• Ensure seamless integration between various enterprise systems and services
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
• Contribute to system improvements and continuous enhancement of architecture standards
