Core Duties
Backend Development with Java Spring Boot
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot while adhering to strong coding standards
Establish business logic validations, error handling procedures, and secure authentication and authorization methods
Connect with databases and external services, optimizing queries and enhancing service performance
Develop unit and integration tests to guarantee the reliability and maintainability of services
Frontend Development with Angular
Create responsive, modular Angular components using TypeScript, ensuring a clear state and component architecture
Link the user interface with backend APIs, managing asynchronous flows, loading states, and user-friendly error handling
Enhance UI performance and usability by profiling, refactoring, and designing reusable components
Collaboration and Delivery
Engage in sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and discussions for continuous improvement
Diagnose production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
Document key technical decisions and facilitate seamless transitions across teams
Investigate practical AI-assisted methods to improve development workflows and product features where applicable

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, or MBA
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java Spring Boot and Angular
Strong comprehension of REST APIs, HTTP principles, and backend service architecture
Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and the development of maintainable Angular applications
Experience with testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing, and collaborative development using Git-based workflows
