Java Full Stack Lead Developer

Job Overview:

• We are in search of seasoned Lead Senior Lead Java Developers who possess extensive expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices, AWS, and various Cloud technologies.
• The successful applicant will take charge of designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications while promoting technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.
• This position requires collaboration with stakeholders, leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality cloud-native solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Guide the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications utilizing Java Spring Boot Microservices and AWS Cloud services.
• Engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure timely project completion.
• Create RESTful APIs, design scalable microservices architectures, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance application performance.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards, security measures, and development best practices.
• Assist with CI/CD implementation, deployment activities, and production support while contributing to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
