Sr. Software Engineer | Java Spring Boot | Microservices | Kafka | JUnit | React/Angular

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Angular, React, JUnit, Kafka, Microservices, and Java Springboot. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support business objectives and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using Java Springboot, Angular, and React to satisfy business requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate requirements, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
• Design and build microservices-based architectures to increase system modularity and scalability.
• Implement Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging, enabling reliable communication between distributed systems.
• Write and run unit tests with Junit to maintain code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system performance.
• Improve application performance by detecting bottlenecks and applying effective optimization solutions.
• Keep current with the latest industry trends and technologies to apply best practices across development efforts.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a continuous learning and improvement culture.
• Document technical designs, processes, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and ensure project transparency.
• Participate in code reviews to confirm compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Partner with DevOps teams to simplify deployment processes and support CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Angular and React for front-end development, delivering intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Exhibit expertise in Java Springboot for back-end development, delivering robust and scalable server-side solutions.
• Showcase practical experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging within distributed systems.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of microservices architecture and its implementation in enterprise-level applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing and executing unit tests using Junit to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Possess a bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
