Java Full Stack Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 years of hands-on experience working with Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs
• Experience across Payments Domain including ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, ISO 20022, Card Payments, and Merchant Payments
• Strong expertise with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with Agile delivery methodologies
• Solid understanding of payment security compliance and transaction processing
• Experience leading distributed Agile teams and managing stakeholders

Technical Requirements:

• Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs
• Handle synchronous and asynchronous communication via REST messaging and events
• Develop Angular-based UI applications
• Ensure seamless integration between UI APIs and workflow engines
• Lead and mentor full stack developers; conduct design and code reviews
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, compliance, and QA teams
• Drive Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and releases

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and support client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Stay aware of the latest technologies and industry trends
• Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend appropriate technology solutions
• Possess one or two industry domain knowledge areas
