Java Full stack AI engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Augmented Full Stack Engineer to create and continuously improve next-generation customer service platforms focused on the mortgage industry. In this role, you will use modern web development technologies, microservices architecture, and Generative AI to build intelligent, scalable, and secure customer experiences.

This opportunity involves working on advanced AI initiatives, including LLMs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Knowledge Engineering, and Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks. You will also develop enterprise-grade applications delivered for a global financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular 13-18.
• Create secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Core Java.
• Integrate GenAI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications to elevate customer and agent experiences.
• Develop and improve RAG-based solutions leveraging structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to support context-aware AI interactions across enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain knowledge engineering workflows that enable AI-driven customer service experiences.
• Design and refine data models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Maintain system reliability through observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Use security best practices to safeguard sensitive customer and mortgage-related data.
• Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Required Experience:

• 8-12 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices.
• Demonstrated experience building microservices with Core Java.
• Experience developing GenAI/LLM-based applications and AI-powered workflows.
• Practical exposure to RAG implementations and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
