Java Developer

Job Overview:

• We are in search of a skilled Senior Java Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
• The perfect candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership capabilities along with substantial expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Application Architecture.
• This role involves close collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-level applications utilizing Java technologies.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions based on Microservices.
• Lead technical design discussions and offer architectural guidance.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Guide junior developers and perform code reviews.
• Drive initiatives for application modernization and cloud migration.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and adhere to DevOps best practices.
• Engage in effort estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proficient in Core Java versions 8, 11, and 17.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
• Hands-on expertise in Microservices Architecture.
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
• Proficient in Hibernate, JPA, and database optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with messaging frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of software design patterns and distributed systems.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture and Solution Design.
• Knowledge of API Gateway, Service Mesh, and Container Orchestration.
• Experience with application performance tuning and monitoring tools.
• Certification in Java or Cloud technologies is a plus.
