JAVA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Team Lead to deliver features in an Agile environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete development tasks within deadlines
• Ensure Static Analysis, Unit Testing, and Code Reviews are performed diligently
• Participate in team discussions and provide technical input
• Understand customer pain points, requirements, and provide effective solutions
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Collaborate with QA and support teams to resolve issues
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile practices
• Take ownership of modules and mentor junior engineers
