10+ years of experience in Java software development, with strong proficiency in Java 8/11 (or newer).
5+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing applications in AWS environments (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, or similar automation tools.
Experience working with Camunda or similar workflow engines, with a solid understanding of BPMN and process automation.
Proficiency in integrating backend services (Java) with UI React applications and understanding how to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and design patterns in backend development.
Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in working with relational and non-relational database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and experience in deploying and managing applications in these environments.
Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies and practices, with experience in using Jira, Git, and other version control tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
