Java Architect

We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to spearhead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade applications. The position calls for advanced knowledge of Java technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms, combined with proven leadership and mentoring skills. You will translate business priorities into architectural decisions and maintain a high standard of technical delivery throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise-level Java-based applications.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and industry best practices.
• Lead technical solution efforts and provide hands-on direction to development teams.
• Ensure alignment between technical implementations and business objectives through collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and key stakeholders.
• Assess and propose new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Conduct architectural and code reviews.
• Mentor and support junior architects and developers.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications across cloud or on-prem environments.

Technical Skills Required:

• Expert-level knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong background in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
• Familiarity with front-end integration (React, Angular, or similar frameworks).
