Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge on any Dialer and IVR. Knowledge on voice technology and PRI.
  • Skill on IVR development and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge on integration of dialer with other systems and voice bots etc.
  • Dialing strategy to setup outbound campaign and design outbound campaign strategy.
  • Should be able to create custom report on Dialer.
  • Should be able to interpret Dialer MIS.
  • Should be able to support large volume of support tickets and user base.
  • Knowledge on patch and compliance management.
  • Knowledge on Aspect/Alvaria dialer would be preferred.
