ITSM Incident Management Analyst

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM incident management
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Proficiency in ITSM ticketing tools, particularly ServiceNow
• Advanced skills in PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
• Knowledge of data center operations, Windows administration, virtualization, and networking
• Familiarity with Confluence, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools
