Job Description

Essential Duties

  • Identifies problems, research answers and provide end users with corrective steps to resolve technical issues remotely.
  • Contributes to the knowledge base by creating relevant articles.
  • Complies with agreed upon service level agreements (SLA) with the business.
  • Updates job knowledge by attending online courses, educational opportunities, or trainings given by different IT teams.
  • (optional) Participates in non-work related activities to improve soft skills and personal networks.

Basic Qualifications

  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to interact with multiple people in different business roles.
  • Knowledgeable in Incident Management process.
