IT STAFFING SR MANAGER / VP/ SR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Urgently Hiring: VP / AVP / Director of Sales / Senior Account Manager – IT Staffing

Location: USA / Canada / India (Noida, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, and PAN India)

Work Schedule: Must support US business hours

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise clients including IBM, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and other major organizations.
• Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, proposals, pricing discussions, rate-card negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Grow accounts by identifying new business opportunities, increasing revenue and profitability, and ensuring client retention.
• Oversee large-scale IT staffing programs, covering critical requirements, high-volume hiring, and managed services engagements.
• Coordinate with sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment, high-quality submissions, and achievement of client SLAs.
• Handle client escalations, manage contract negotiations, oversee vendor onboarding, and maintain ongoing stakeholder communications.
• Create account strategies, track performance metrics, and deliver regular business updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• MINIMUM 10+ years of experience in IT Staffing, enterprise account management, sales, or client relationship management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise clients such as IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, EY, and other major organizations.
• Hands-on experience in RFP/RFI management, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and account growth.
• Strong understanding of US and Canadian IT Staffing models, including W2, C2C, 1099, contract staffing, and permanent hiring.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS programs, procurement teams, and enterprise vendor management processes.
