IT- Staff Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand infrastructure and network requirements and translate them into scalable network solutions
• Design, implement, and support global data center networks and WAN infrastructure
• Lead and contribute to large-scale network transformation and modernization initiatives
• Handle multiple high-impact infrastructure projects in parallel within global environments
• Act as escalation point for resolving complex network issues across production environments
• Drive network automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Develop and maintain runbooks, knowledge bases, and operational documentation for NOC teams
• Identify network gaps, risks, and performance issues and proactively implement corrective actions
• Define, audit, and enforce network standards, policies, and operational procedures
• Enhance monitoring, observability, and security posture of network infrastructure
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Cloud engineering
