IT - Sr Systems Engineer - Storage

Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment

Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise; Oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with Operations Support

Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes

Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within a complex application & systems infrastructure

Assists with backup & recovery procedures

Participates in change control activities to ensure awareness of scheduled work as it relates to

Preferred :

Good working knowledge of Foreman, Elk, Grafana

Role :

Would be member of Core automation team

Would be required to work on automating operations to manage Unix infrastructure globally.

Would be required to work on automation projects & global rollouts.
