IT - Sr Systems Engineer (QA)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create effective test strategies
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using AI-enabled tools where applicable
• Perform manual testing as well as automation testing for web and/or desktop applications
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Build, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
• Prepare test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders
