Job Description

What you will do

  • Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceMax solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate the proposed solutions.
  • Design and configure ServiceMax applications to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring their effective use of ServiceMax tools.
  • Continuously assess existing processes and systems, recommending improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in ServiceMax and field service management technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceMax or field service management.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Strong understanding of field service management processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • ServiceMax certification is a plus.
