Job Description
What you will do
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceMax solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate the proposed solutions.
- Design and configure ServiceMax applications to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring their effective use of ServiceMax tools.
- Continuously assess existing processes and systems, recommending improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in ServiceMax and field service management technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceMax or field service management.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of field service management processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- ServiceMax certification is a plus.
