CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (Based on Experience & Current CTC)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various technology roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate salary, discuss offers, and facilitate onboarding activities.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

1.5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.

Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
