We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet our organization's needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong in using LinkedIn, Foundit, etc.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
