Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including onboarding coordination
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements
• Maintain documentation and records related to recruitment activities
