Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Sourcing and strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent, and use various channels like job boards, professional networks, and social media to source candidates. 
  • Candidate assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and use various methods to assess technical skills and cultural fit. 
  • Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of open positions and help forecast hiring needs. 
  • Process management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate communication to offer negotiation and onboarding. 
  • Pipeline building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. 
  • Market knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices to remain competitive in the hiring market. 
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries on recruitment activities. 
  • Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
