Description

We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to connect with top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job fairs, and other recruitment tools.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to fill open positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, cybersecurity, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
