Human Resources – IT Recruiter
Looking for Human Resources in IT Recruiter domain based out of Mumbai.

Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
· Handling End to End Recruitment maintaining key recruitment metrics like Turn Around Time, Source Mix, Quality of Hire.
· Source, screen, and interview potential IT candidates
· Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential IT candidates.
· Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source candidates.
· Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
· Create job postings and advertise open positions.
· Evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications.
· Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
· Negotiate job offers and salary packages.
· Monitor industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
· Should be street smart with positive attitude.
· Coordinating with business heads for technical interviews taking regular feedback and follow up for closures.
· Adherence to recruitment norms & policies.
· Taking care of smooth On boarding formalities for all the new joiners.
· Prepare monthly HR dashboards, MIS, Presentations & required Analytics for monthly HR Business reviews.
· Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries.
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
- A full time MBA / IT or relevant degree with experience in broad range of human resource domains including TA – IT Recruiter & Analytics with minimum of 2 year' experience.
· Attention to details.
· Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
· Highly self-motivated, Directed and Change oriented.
· Prior work experience in BFSI or NBFC sector is preferred.
· Extensive experience in Talent acquisition, IT Recruitment & Analytics.
