IT Project Manager IV

Summary:

Coordinates software product/feature development-related project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides technical, administrative, and logistical support, including project schedule preparation, risk identification/monitoring, project execution/monitoring, meeting arrangement, progress tracking, documentation, reporting, and preparing executive updates.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate software product/feature development-related project activities.
• Ensure projects are on schedule.
• Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support.
• Prepare project schedules and identify/monitor risks.
• Execute and monitor projects, arrange meetings, and track progress.
• Prepare documentation, reporting, and executive updates.

Requirements:

• Overall experience of 10 to 15 years.
• Minimum of 6 years in software project and program management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent familiarity and experience in managing projects/programs across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools.
• Ability to drive and contribute to technical discussions on software product/feature development, enhancement, and support.

Preferred Skills:

• Independent mindset with initiative and smart working ability.
• Ability to come up with actions and ideas.
• Ownership and ability to drive projects across multiple teams and locations.
