Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for an IT Helpdesk Executive to provide essential technical support in an international voice environment. If you're a graduate with experience in technical support and a good grasp of Microsoft tools, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to international users via phone, addressing a variety of IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Outlook) to assist users effectively.
  • Document all support tickets, resolutions, and relevant information accurately in the helpdesk system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Guide users through problem-solving steps and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

About You:

  • You are a Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
  • You possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft tools.
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional demeanor.
  • You are customer-focused, patient, and have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • You are adept at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple support requests.
