General Summary

• Operate during India hours supporting Qualcomm's global software engineering environment.
• Manage operational and support responsibilities for critical services.
• Lead delivery for Tier 1/Tier 2 support with SLA adherence and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance system reliability and performance.
• Provide technical support focused on customer service for CI/CD tools, Jenkins, Windows, Linux, UNIX, networking, and enterprise applications.
• Support front-end applications and systems for software engineering compute environments.
• Basic troubleshooting of Windows and Linux OS issues and related applications/tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree
• OR
• 5+ years IT-related work experience without a Bachelor's degree
