• b b Define end-to-end enterprise architecture across Conversational AI platforms, MuleSoft-based integration, and infrastructure transformation initiatives
• br
• b b Lead architecture discovery, target state definition, and roadmap creation for multi-year modernization programs
• br
• b b Architect and govern Conversational AI platform capabilities, including channel integration, orchestration, conversation flows, and enterprise-grade scalability
• br
• b b Design MuleSoft integration architectures and API-led connectivity, including system, process, and experience APIs aligned to enterprise standards
• br
• b b Establish integration patterns, reusable assets, and reference architectures to improve delivery speed and consistency
• br
• b b Drive infrastructure transformation architecture covering compute, storage, network, security, and operational readiness for modern platforms
• br
• b b Ensure non-functional requirements are met across performance, availability, resiliency, observability, compliance, and cost optimization
• br
• b b Provide technical leadership across multiple teams by reviewing designs, guiding implementation decisions, and resolving complex cross-domain issues

• b b Partner with stakeholders to align architecture with business outcomes, delivery timelines, and risk management plans

• b b Lead architecture governance through standards, design reviews, and decision records, ensuring adherence across programs

• h3 Minimum Qualifications h3 br
• b b Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent technical degree
• br
• b b 15 20 years of overall experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles
• br
• b b Proven experience architecting and delivering MuleSoft integration solutions in complex enterprise environments
• br
• b b Strong experience designing and governing Conversational AI platform architectures for enterprise use cases
• br
• b b Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure transformation initiatives, including modernization planning and operational readiness
• br
• b b Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures
• br

• b b Experience defining enterprise standards for API lifecycle management, integration governance, and reusable integration assets

• b b Hands-on leadership in large-scale platform modernization programs with measurable outcomes in reliability, performance, and cost efficiency

• b b Experience with conversational AI platform enablement, including enterprise integration security controls and scalability patterns

• b b Strong ability to mentor architects and engineering teams, driving consistent architecture practices across portfolios

• b b Experience leading architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technology decision-making across multiple stakeholders

• b b Exposure to operating model design for platform teams, including support processes, SLAs, and continuous improvement practices
