Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will take the lead in engaging clients by delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions throughout various phases, from defining problems to diagnosing issues and designing, developing, and deploying solutions.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals crafted by consultants, providing guidance, and assessing the solutions proposed for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and concerns.
• You will identify change management needs and recommend a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through diverse communication channels.
• Additionally, you will mentor your team, create a motivating vision, provide specialized training in your areas of expertise, and inspire team members with timely feedback and recognition for exceptional performance.
• Your contributions will be crucial in both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients, following the organization's established guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies in Financial Risk Management, including Credit Risk Management and Market Risk Measurement Control.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Robust business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a capacity for collaboration.
• Knowledge in two or three industry domains.
• Comprehension of financial processes for various project types and an understanding of different pricing models.
• Client interfacing capabilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
