Job description

• Experience of 12-15 years in IT asset management. Should be aware of IT asset life-cycle.
• Able to manage off-role asset resources and Asset tools integration. Able to co-ordinate and develop the rapport with on-site support teams.
• Able to lead various initiatives and drive service improvements plans in Asset mgmt. domain
• Ensure Smooth and seamless backend support with respect to Asset Lifecycle Management (Allocation/Movement/Mapping/surrender/ disposal). To complete physical verification once in a year.
• Generate various report based on Asset Physical Verified data with respect to FAR / IT Asset Database / Discover tool database.
• Ensure inventory of all the asset with user details for all the asset that are allocated are updated in ITSM Tool on regular basis.
• Able to manage and lead Asset Team have good understanding on various tools remedy AD SCCM and Other tool integration.
• Projection and forecast to be given on a month-on-month basis for procurement and adequate stock details considering new joiners for the month and exits.
• Ensure Laptop and Desktop allocation is done within the SLA and requisite stock levels is maintained at any given point in time.
• Ensure Desktop Surrender request are fulfilled and data is uploaded in the tool and reflects in correct stock levels.
• Arrange Participate in Vendor Service Meetings highlight and track issues till closure.
• Ensure new material Delivery is inspected before they are taken over, Entry of newly procured assets should not be delayed for more than 2 working days to be entered in to the system and asset codes/hostname generated and pasted/added on the assets.
• Recovery of Temp assets is tracked assets are recovered in a timely fashion.
• Managing Exit Clearance end to end by coordinating with various internal teams Ensure all mails and queries w r t to Assets are replied with and tasks are tracked till closure
• Participate in Audits and ensure 100% compliances to Audit Norms and processes defined by the organization
• Ensure the accuracy in AMDB is 100% for all the transactions executed. Participate in the Asset Management initiatives at local and Pan India level Ensure proper store management process are followed and assets are stored in a convenient way to enable quick identification and support Disposal activities.
