Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Provide operational support for IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) systems.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to ISIM/TDI environments, both in production and non-production setups.
- Manage identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.
- Conduct regular health checks and monitoring of ISIM/TDI systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Support integration with various systems and applications, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity and access data.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and deployments to ensure systems are up to date.
- Work closely with development and security teams to identify and implement improvements to the ISIM/TDI systems.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend identity management solutions.
- Document solutions, issues, and workarounds to build a knowledge base for the team and customers.
- Support and troubleshoot user authentication issues, Single Sign-On (SSO), and integration with LDAP/Active Directory.
- Provide timely and efficient issue resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator).
- Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments.
- Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, and governance.
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and experience with integration protocols.
- Familiarity with security best practices and tools in identity management.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Must work in EST time zone to begin with, but few months down the line, we may have 24/7 shift so should be willing for that.
