• Contract Duration: 9 to 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

We are seeking a proficient Ironclad CLM Solution Architect with extensive knowledge in Ironclad configuration, workflow execution, data mapping, and backend system integrations.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM
• In-depth experience in Ironclad configuration and workflow execution
• Practical experience in data mapping and backend integration processes
• Demonstrated ability to integrate Ironclad with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Comprehensive understanding of authentication, permissions, data security, and integration architecture
• Capability to evaluate and reverse-engineer existing Ironclad and Salesforce setups
• Strong grasp of CLM business processes, workflows, and industry best practices
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders and MD-level executives
  
  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and analyze business requirements pertaining to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Design and deploy comprehensive Ironclad CLM solutions
• Configure Ironclad workflows in alignment with business needs
• Execute data mapping, integration design, and backend integration tasks
• Develop and maintain Ironclad integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Evaluate and reverse-engineer current Salesforce and Ironclad implementations
• Ensure data integrity, security, permissions, authentication, and scalability
• Advise on best practices, optimization strategies, and potential solution enhancements
• Serve as an Ironclad Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing both functional and technical guidance
• Effectively communicate implementation scope, solution proposals, business advantages, and technical strategies to senior stakeholders
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Salesforce implementation
• Strong background with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Familiarity with alternative CLM platforms
• Experience within the Life Sciences industry
