Job Description:
We are looking for skilled IPDRG Coders / QCA professionals to join our healthcare team. Candidates should have hands-on experience in inpatient coding with strong knowledge of coding guidelines and DRG assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze inpatient medical records for accurate code assignment
• Assign diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer-specific guidelines
• Identify and resolve coding edits, denials, and documentation gaps
• Maintain coding productivity and quality standards
• Coordinate with physicians and internal teams for coding clarifications
• Stay updated with IPDRG coding changes and industry standards
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge in IPDRG / Inpatient Coding
• Proficiency in ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS
• Knowledge of DRG assignment and coding guidelines
• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
