Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Pull reports and follow up with invoice approvers for timely processing
- Investigate items stuck in workflow or processing queues
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Submit tickets for purchase order updates and track their resolution
- Resolve vendor requests and VRO (Vendor Request Order) queries
- Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting incidents
- Ensure adherence to change management and IT service management processes
- Provide technical support and application assistance to end-users
