Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull reports and follow up with invoice approvers for timely processing
  • Investigate items stuck in workflow or processing queues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Submit tickets for purchase order updates and track their resolution
  • Resolve vendor requests and VRO (Vendor Request Order) queries
  • Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting incidents
  • Ensure adherence to change management and IT service management processes
  • Provide technical support and application assistance to end-users
