Invoice Support Analyst

• Pull and generate invoice and processing reports

• Follow up with invoice approvers for timely approvals

• Investigate invoices stuck in processing workflows

• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams

• Raise and manage tickets for purchase order updates

• Resolve vendor queries and support VRO-related requests

• Ensure smooth invoice lifecycle management

• Maintain documentation of support activities and issues
