Investor Relations Manager

Job Overview

• This role demands strong ownership and strategic involvement across finance,communication and compliance
• You will collaborate closely with the founder to drivefundraising efforts and strengthen investor relations

Responsibilities

• Drive investor relations strategy & execution
• Keep investor outreach and communication processes structured
• Lead capital-raising efforts alongside the top management
• Manage due diligence processes and transaction closures
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and benchmarking reports
• Draft and send periodic investor updates, and maintain MIS and records
• Prepare and analyze information and materials for investor meetings as well as the
• companys annual meeting and other key investor events

Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities

• MBA Finance (Tier 1/2)/ CA/ CFA3-4 years of prior experience in investment banking, venture capital or corporatestrategy
• Proven track record of managing capital raises and investor relations
• Strong financial acumen, planning and modelling skills
