Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in due diligence process for various Equity capital market (ECM) related products with regards to:
• Companies Act.
• SEBI Listing Regulations.
• Other applicable SEBI regulations
• Drafting and Review of documentation required for ECM related products.

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt and work with the team.
• Fluency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Eye for detail
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualified CS/CA/ MBA with 1-2 years of experience
