Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
  • Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain call logs and follow standard procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer and typing skills required.
