Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in an International BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and adapt quickly.
