Salary: 28,000 Take-Home + Incentives
Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab Available (Deduction Applicable)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain process quality and productivity standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working in UK rotational shifts
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
