Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
• Resolve customer queries efficiently with a customer-first approach
• Maintain service quality and meet performance metrics
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Follow compliance and operational guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Any UG / Graduate / Postgraduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience)
• Hike on current/previous salary
• Two-way cab facility

Mandatory Requirements

• CIBIL Score above 700
• No absconding history
• Stable employment record preferred
• Notice Period: 15 days to 1 month candidates are preferred
