International Voice / Blended Process

We are seeking enthusiastic professionals for the International Voice / Blended Process. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats as per process requirements.
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet defined quality and performance targets (e.g., AHT, CSAT, FCR).
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to process compliance and guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A customer-first attitude.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent spoken English and the ability to handle global customers.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts (5 Days working, 2 Days OFF).

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
