We are hiring for International Technical Support (Voice Process).

Job Details:

  • Role: International Technical Support (Voice) (Please avoid help desk or simple tech support.)
  • Experience: 1–3 Years (1 Years Relevant Experience Mandatory in International customer technical support)
  • Location: Bangalore (Electronic City / Brookfield) (Candidate will not choose the location)
  • Process: International & India (Hindi& English) Candidate comms should be excellent and also they know Hindi.

Experience Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of International Call Centre experience in Technical Support
  • No Desk Support / No Admin Support profiles
  • Print Support / Desktop Support background acceptable only if technical troubleshooting experience is strong
  • On-paper relevant experience required (Minimum 1 year in Technical Support)

Technical Skills Required:

  • Hardware & Desktop Troubleshooting
  • Networking basics
  • IP Address configuration
  • BIOS
  • Operating Systems (Windows)
  • Basic printer troubleshooting
  • Strong technical troubleshooting knowledge (Tech round will be conducted)

Qualification:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)

Mandatory Documents:

  • All relieving letters from previous organizations

Interview Details:

  • Mode: Virtual Drive
  • Date: Monday, Wednesday
  • Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Rounds: Soft Skills + Operational cum Technical Round
