Location: Bangalore (Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore)
Job Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced customer support professionals for an international semi-voice process. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring prompt and professional service to international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries and concerns through voice and chat/email channels.
- Deliver excellent service aligned with company quality standards.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to process compliance and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in international customer support is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
Compensation:
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month
Work Schedule:
- 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts as per process requirement)
