Job Title: International Semi-Voice Process – Customer Support

Location: Bangalore (Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore)

Job Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced customer support professionals for an international semi-voice process. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring prompt and professional service to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and concerns through voice and chat/email channels.
  • Deliver excellent service aligned with company quality standards.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to process compliance and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in international customer support is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Must be currently residing in Bangalore.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts as per process requirement)
