Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and managing the Customer Relationship and achieving excellence.
  • Making the clients understand about the various products and services by explaining to
  • them about the same in their language
  • Generating new leads through cold calling, networking and referrals
  • Follow up with prospective customers and selling new features or services to current
  • customers
  • Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities
  • Sell IT services in International Market; market research etc.
  • Contact Prospective International clients using Phone, Skype , Email and other medias
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on
  • client requirements
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts
  • and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation
  • Identify new business opportunities with new or existing customers in the country
  • through solid understanding of business risks and opportunities
  • Ensure business target achievement: Pipeline building, Client conversion, Onboarding
  • and Revenues
  • Manage customer expectations through cross-functional interactions ensuring that
  • deliverables are completed
  • Upholding the sales reports, records and other important documents of the
  • international clients
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills essential.
  • In depth knowledge experience of the international market of US, UK, Canada, Australia
  • Strong account mapping and head hunting skills with a proven track record of success in
  • selling IT services for International market
  • Must have Selling experience of Websites, Mobile applications, Digital Marketing Software
  • Services etc.
  • Be Flexible for multiple Shifts timing.
  • Self-confidence and self-starter
  • Ability to leverage social media and emerging technologies to drive sales revenue
  • Should be have the knowledge of PL, Costing, and Budgeting
  • Good Communication skills and presentation skills in order to influence key decision makers
  • in the prospective organizations.
  • Should have the aptitude to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of new
  • domains and technologies.
