Job Description

Job Title: International Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Mumbai

Shift: Rotational Night Shift (Any 9 hours between 5:30 PM – 9:30 AM)

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Role Overview

We are hiring graduate freshers for an international voice process in the financial services domain. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while adhering to process guidelines and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with queries related to financial services and account support
  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate freshers only (HSC candidates are not eligible)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Comfortable working in rotational night shifts

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to ₹28,500 per month
  • Additional Benefits: ₹2,000 + ₹1,000
