The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers, addressing their queries, and providing excellent customer support while maintaining quality standards.

Only Graduates (Preferably - BA & MA )
Min 1.0 year of experience from international customer support (Preferably -content writer)
Fresher : 3Lpa
Exp- Max ctc : 5.5 Lpa
Rotational shift/night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and create engaging content for various platforms
- Develop content strategy and plan
- Optimize content for SEO
- Manage and update existing content
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, tone, and style
- Collaborate with teams to align content with business goals
- Analyze performance of content using metrics
- Conduct research on industry trends and topics
Key Responsibilities:(JOB-2)
- Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards during interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate (UG) can apply
- Good communication skills in English//Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
