Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support queries from international customers via voice process
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring issue resolution within defined SLAs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as necessary
Who Can Apply:
- Graduate Freshers with a background in networking or troubleshooting are encouraged to apply
- Undergraduates with at least 6 months of experience in international voice-based technical support are also welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Candidates must possess excellent spoken English
