Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound technical support queries from international customers via voice process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring issue resolution within defined SLAs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as necessary

Who Can Apply:

  • Graduate Freshers with a background in networking or troubleshooting are encouraged to apply
  • Undergraduates with at least 6 months of experience in international voice-based technical support are also welcome
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Candidates must possess excellent spoken English
