International Collections Executive (US Process)

About the Role:

We are hiring for a US-based First Party Collections Process with a leading banking client. The role involves interacting with international customers regarding outstanding payments and providing resolution support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with US customers
• Follow up on pending payments and negotiate resolutions
• Maintain customer records and update system information
• Ensure compliance with process and banking guidelines
• Achieve collection targets and quality metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

• SSC/HSC with minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
• Collections experience preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Shift Details:

• US Rotational Night Shifts
• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary Structure:

• ₹22,000 to ₹35,000 for candidates without collections experience
• Up to ₹42,000 for candidates with collections experience
